In Chol1 we send our products throughout Chile and internationally to five continents; With a base cost according to region, Local or international. These values are added at the end of your purchase. These do not include the import cost.
All shipments are made through Correos de Chile with deferred cost according to the corresponding shipping area and the weight of the furniture.
Delivery dates and times are effective once the purchase and stock validation process is approved.
The dispatch takes place in the next 10 business days.
Shipments are made only on business days according to the availability indicated in the dispatch matrix (Monday to Friday except holidays).
If you buy more than one product, there is a possibility that you receive them in different dates. Check the corresponding dates on the ticket or purchase request or send an email to email@example.com
Change date or delivery address
Delivery dates and times are effective once the purchase and stock validation process is approved. If the validation process takes longer than normal, the dispatch will be rescheduled with the closest possible date.
It is possible to request the change of delivery date and address but, the change will depend on whether the product was already shipped to your home. We recommend you confirm the information to the email firstname.lastname@example.org and inform if there will be someone who can receive the product at home.
