Assembly system
Chol1 furniture is easily assembled and disassembled without the need for tools or fasteners, thanks to its design of fittings and its CNC manufacturing, which millimetrically cuts the pieces to fit perfectly.
Materials
Local plywood
This is the basis of our products. We prefer pine and birch plywood because of their firmness, sustainability and luminosity. The pine/birch layer is not suitable for furniture that is permanently left outside, but it resists water, if it is left to dry later.
To protect the wooden surfaces and the edges of the wood, we use sealant and lacquer, this is a product made of synthetic resin that does not crack like a standard varnish.
Standard Finishes:
Natural:
Our original finish, where yellowish pine/birch wood gives light and warmth at the same time. The final layer of water lacquer gives strength and durability to each piece.
White:
A brighter finish, which incidentally occupies in white spaces, and will illuminate in dark spaces. This finish also has a layer of sealant and lacquer, so it is easy to clean.
Dark:
A darker finish, gives an elegant warm tone, excellent to combine in modern and more traditional environments.
Black:
A Black finish, for merge with the darker elements of your space.
Tire size:
We work with 4 tire measures, according to the model of your bicycle, which is taken in the width of the wheel. As it appears in the following photo:
Road:
-23 to 30 mm or 3/4 to 1 1/4 inches
Cyclocross:
-30 to 40 mm or 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches
Mountain bike XCO:
-40 to 50 mm or 1 1/2 to 2 inches

How can I maintain the products?
Chol1 products can be maintained with a little water and a cleaning cloth. For difficult dirt, use some glass cleaner.
